Amazing amazing amazing hotel! In the middle of the shops and cafes. U just go down and everything is under you. The rooms are super clean and spacious and brand new!!! The service is amazing the reception staff especially the Tunisian man he’s so friendly and so helpful! Beds are super comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff is also so friendly and always smiling! The Arabic / Egyptian housekeeper was super friendly. We loved the hotel so much can’t wait to be back already. Very quiet and calm and peaceful

We had a superior plus room, very clean and comfortable and spacious. Perfect airconditioning. Our car could be parked in their own garage, perfect! One attention point: the breakfast is till 11.00 but when we came at 9.45 almost all hot buns were gone... and personal staff only shrugged their shoulders.

Incredibly beautiful building. Its a bit pricey to stay but considering the location, the historical value and the services provided, I'd consider this a worthwhile investment for anyone that plans on spending a few days in and around Konstanz. It offers great access to public transport as the railway station is located barely 500 meters away and it is surrounded by hundreds of stores and places to visit.
